These terms govern your use of bring-to-life.com and any services you engage us to provide. Please read them carefully. By submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out below.
By accessing bring-to-life.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Bring To Life provides the following services to small businesses:
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a binding contract or commitment to purchase. A project formally begins only once a written proposal has been agreed upon by both parties and an initial payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion.
Delivery timelines stated during onboarding are estimates based on the information provided. Timelines may be affected by delays in receiving content, feedback, or third-party access from the client.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (Starter: 1 round, Growth: 2 rounds, Pro: 3 rounds). Revisions must be submitted as a consolidated list per round. Additional revision rounds requested beyond those included will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
For one-off build projects, payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal. Typically a deposit is required before work begins, with the remainder due upon completion.
Monthly subscription and maintenance fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice.
One-off build projects
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the website content and final design assets delivered by Bring To Life. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock photography, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
Subscription-based projects
Where a website is built and delivered as part of a monthly subscription plan, Bring To Life retains full intellectual property ownership of the website, including its design, source code, and all associated assets for the duration of the subscription.
Upon cancellation or termination of the subscription, the client does not retain ownership of or access to the website files, source code, or design assets. The website will be taken offline following the end of the final paid billing period. If the client wishes to take ownership of a subscription-built website, a buyout fee will apply. Please contact us to discuss.
In both cases, Bring To Life retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
To ensure timely project delivery, the client agrees to:
Bring To Life is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of your website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to the client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project or service in the preceding three months.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
